Huxley Bertram are a Cambridge based bespoke engineering and automation company capable of starting from a blank sheet to delivering turnkey special purpose machines. They provide consultancy, prototypes, technology demonstrators, bench top test units through to fully automated production machines.

Kelly has been Huxley Bertram's in-house Recruitment Manager since 2011 and is responsible for everything from initial preperation of job descriptions, recruitment advertising, candidate attraction, onsite interviews in both the UK & Germany right through to the negotiation for offers of employment and employee contracts.
