GEO has grown since its creation in 2006 and is now one of the leading display manufacturers having sold over 1,200,000 products. Boasting two volume supply chains, 8 trials running across Europe and with over £500,000 invested in market research, the company is set to continue its substantial growth.

Kelly has been GEO's in-house Recruitment Manager since 2008 and is responsible for everything from initial preperation of job descriptions, recruitment advertising, candidate attraction, onsite interviews in both the UK & Germany right through to the negotiation for offers of employment and employee contracts.
