aspire recruitment solutions ltd, Cambridge are proud to announce that Kelly Haston FIRP DipRP has accepted her invitation from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation to promote her status as a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Through continued professional development and training this accreditation normally takes up to 15 years to achieve; Kelly has achieved this within six. She now joins the world's top recruitment professionals under the REC.
Recruitment is a fast paced, dynamic industry that has grown in the UK by 635% over the last 15 years. The market place during this time has changed significantly, and the choice and variations of recruitment specialism’s that now exist is vast and still growing. For 80 years, the REC in its various forms has been proud to represent both corporate businesses and individual recruiters; they have represented Kelly since 2004 with aspire recruitment solutions following in 2008.
Serious about standards, Kelly continues to be part of a vibrant community of Recruiters, building relationships, improving skills and gaining access to the most up-to-date knowledge and learning from the very best in recruitment.
