Business Building allows us to ‘step in’ to a business and meet the need by managing the technologies and processes on behalf of an employer organisation.
- Outsourcing/RPO – taking on full responsibility for recruitment (or assessment or other parts of the selection process) on behalf of the employer
- Data Capture/Management – collecting and processing candidate information; managing a candidate database and communications with the candidates.
- Recruitment Technology – implementing recruitment software, online or offline, as a stand alone service or connected to employer websites.
