Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, formally qualified with a broad skill set to include a Diploma in Recruitment Practice, significant experience in managing teams through periods of business change, re-alignment of personal goals and re-focus of industry efforts as well as implementing new business procedures.

Multidiscipline/sector recruitment experience hiring at all levels - up to and including board level. Experience within hi-tech, venture capitalist/start ups to leading multinational companies.

Nabiilah Hossen-Saib BA (Hons)  
Account Executive – Temporary Division
Nabiilah joined aspire with a degree in Business Management. Managing all aspects of our operations from international business management, ethics and governance through to strategic management and managing people, finance and marketing. A determined self starter with developed skills in presentation, deadlines, research projects and new systems/procedures. Recent promotion to Account Executive managing our Temporary Workforce and Client Assignments.

Starting with aspire in 2008 as our NVQ Apprentice Amy progressed into Business Support before heading up the temporary division. Young in her career Amy wished to explore other opportunities outside of aspire before making the commitment to return earlier this year. Kevin Taylor
Finance & Accounts Manager

An external consultant who joins the aspire team on a regular basis to manage everything Finance, Accounts & Budgets. His dedication, focus, skills in interpersonal communication and readiness to take on new challenges make him the perfect fit for team. Kevin liaises directly with our clients, handles our affairs with great efficiency, professionalism, and discretion. His upbeat, can-do attitude makes him popular with clients and colleagues alike. He both appreciates, and contributes to, the positive atmosphere of the office.

Scott Hastonnull
IT & Facilities Manager
Scott joined aspire on a part time basis and manages our IT & Facilities functions. Outside of aspire he is an on call fire fighter, based here in Cottenham.
